Lauren Ferrentino

As Managing Director of Commercial Leasing, Lauren is responsible for leasing office and retail spaces within The Durst Organization’s commercial portfolio, with a specific focus on 1155 Avenue of the Americas and 825 Third Avenue.

Prior to joining The Durst Organization, Lauren was the Vice President of Leasing for RXR Realty, where she was responsible for leasing and managing a portfolio of approximately 5.6 million square feet of office and retail assets located in Manhattan and Long Island City. During her decade-long tenure at RXR, she executed many significant transactions for large clients, including Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Convene, Warburg Pincus, New York Presbyterian Hospital, and American Girl. Lauren was also responsible for coordinating leasing of major re-development projects such as 75 Rockefeller Plaza and 237 Park Avenue.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Communications from Saint Joseph's University.
