Guadalupe Magaña

Guadalupe Magaña currently works for the UMKC School of Education at the Regional Professional Development Center as an English Learners Consultant. Guadalupe served 6 years in public education where she taught ESL and Spanish Literature. She then moved to higher education, continuing to work with ESL students and taught English as a Foreign Language. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education with an English as a Second Language Endorsement from Kansas State University in 2008 and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Mid-America Nazarene University in 2013. Guadalupe has a fervor for students who are learning the English language. Her passion for education has fueled her mission internationally.
