Pat Martinez

Pat Martinez, MSML, is part of the Executive Team as the Chief of Staff, reporting directly to the CEO. She leads coordination and management of essential corporate business activities, develops plans to ensure continuous improvement across the organization. Director of Technological Solutions, the Director of Community Collaboration, and the Executive Manager will be her direct reports. Pat has extensive experience in leadership, community relations and engagement, business/organizational transformation, and nonprofit management. She served as CEO of a national management consulting firm, Leadership in the Clouds, CEO of the National Hispanic Corporate Council in Washington, DC., amongst other executive leadership positions.
