Edward Otte

Edward Otte possesses extensive experience in quality management and engineering across multiple organizations, including TESCO, D & W Fine Pack, and L-3 Space and Navigations Division. Currently serving as Calibration Laboratory & Quality Manager at TESCO since April 2018, Edward oversees calibration and testing services for precision transformers. Previously held the roles of Department Head Manager and Quality Manager at D & W Fine Pack, and contributed significantly as a Production Manufacturing Engineer and Electronics Engineer/Supervisor at L-3, where responsibilities included electrical calibration for NASA programs, process improvement, and quality assurance. Edward's early career involved calibration and repair of test equipment at ITT Avionics and RCA Service Company. Edward earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University.
