Charmaine Chng

Charmaine is a Senior Associate at Clearstate. She is an experienced project manager leading a team of analysts working on large, complex multiple-country projects for key clients.

Since joining Clearstate, Charmaine has managed a wide range of research and consulting projects for government organisations and top healthcare companies. She has led large multi-country quantitative research studies, and also numerous strategic projects that have combined detailed market-trend and opportunity assessment with customer insights. Equally importantly, she has experience of implementing growth strategies with clients, leveraging data insights into actionable marketing and sales approaches. Charmaine’s experience covers various countries in Asia-Pacific (including South-east Asia) and other emerging economies in the Middle East.

Prior to joining Clearstate, Charmaine was a trained biomedical researcher in a leading research laboratory, and she therefore brings technical knowledge in medical and research technologies to her work at Clearstate.

Charmaine holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in biomedical sciences from Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore.
