Ema Grimes

Ema Grimes is an experienced tax professional currently serving as an International Tax Manager at The Economist since May 2022. Previously, Ema held the same title at Checkout.com and worked as a Tax Manager at Christie's. Prior experience includes roles as a Tax Accountant at Sony and as a Consultant in Tax - Global Employer Services at Deloitte UK. Ema began the professional journey with a summer internship at Scottish Power Renewables. Ema's educational background includes a BAcc in Accountancy with French studies from The University of Glasgow, along with professional qualifications as a Chartered Tax Advisor and from the Association of Tax Technicians. Additionally, Ema studied Accountancy & Finance at Ecole De Management - Strasbourg during an ERASMUS program.
