Marketing Business Lead, Client And Commercial Excellence Transformation Programme (secondment) at The Economist

Erin Kennedy has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Beginning in 2010, they worked as a Direct Service Intern at Schenectady Inner City Ministry (SICM), followed by roles as a Brand Strategy Intern and Freelancer at Meredith. In 2009, Erin held positions as a Junior Science Program Coordinator and Student Researcher at Union College. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Meredith Corporation as a Marketing Coordinator and later as a Research Manager in Brand Strategy. In 2016, Erin joined TheStreet, where they held various roles including Manager of Marketing Strategy, Senior Manager of Advertising Solutions and Strategy, and Director of Sales Revenue and Strategy. In 2019, they transitioned to The Economist as the Vice President of Client Marketing, and later became the Vice President of Demand Generation at Economist Impact in 2021. Currently, Erin is working at The Economist as the Marketing Business Lead for the Client and Commercial Excellence Transformation Programme.

Erin Kennedy attended Millbrook School from 2003 to 2007, earning a high school degree. Erin then went on to Union College from 2007 to 2011, where they graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Anthropology.
