L'Tanya Spinelli

L'Tanya Spinelli is the president and CEO of The Ed-Tech Group. L'Tanya has over fifteen years of experience in the education and technology industries.

Spinelli began their career in education policy, working for the US Department of Education on the NAEP, National Assessment of Educational Progress. L'Tanya then transitioned to the private sector, contracting with the US Department of Education to design and deliver the technology infrastructure for the largest continuing and nationally representative assessment. In their role at Fulcrum Technologies, Spinelli led efforts to develop policy in collaboration with The National Assessment Governing Board (NAGB) on behalf of GMRI.

Spinelli is a recognized expert in their field, having keynoted conferences regarding NAEP results for different demographic groups based on race, demographics, and socioeconomic status by state, grade, ethnicity, and subject. Her work has helped to reduce the number of students that fail reading and mathematics and guide discussion with superintendents and educators throughout the nation.

L'Tanya Spinelli has a certification in Cybersecurity & Artificial Intelligence from Harvard Business School, a Master of Education from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, a Doctor of Education from Clark Atlanta University, and a Superintendent's Sixth Year Degree from Clark Atlanta University. L'Tanya also has a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Technology in Education from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. L'Tanya is also certified by CompTIA in Business Partner and by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) in School Accreditation.
