Jessica Pirro has a varied work experience. Jessica began in 2021 as a Client Experience Specialist and Client Experience Associate at Editorialist YX. In 2019, they became a Project Manager & Home Organizer at Imagine It Done. In 2017, they worked as a Social Work Intern at Ed Smith School, where they ran lunch groups for students in need of one-on-one attention, facilitated intervention programs, and created advertisements for school-wide charity drives. In 2016, they were a Digital Marketing and Content Creator at Emma James Boutique, where they provided style information to customers and assisted them in completing their desired look, processed, prepared, and photographed shipments, and generated social media content for the company's Instagram account.

Jessica Pirro obtained their Associate's degree in Fashion Business Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Social Work from Syracuse University in 2018, with a major in Social Work.
