Dr Paul Tully

Dr Paul Tully is currently the Associate Director of Research and Policy at the Education and Training Foundation. With a background in education and training, Dr Paul has held various leadership roles in organisations such as Newbubbles Ltd, University of Portsmouth, and The Greater Brighton Metropolitan College. Dr Tully holds a PhD in Education and Training from the University of Brighton, along with other degrees in education, management, and psychology.
