The current leadership team at The Education and Training Foundation has a wide range of experience in different aspects of education. Starting as teachers, they have gone on to work in educational policy, management, marketing, and operations. This experience has been gained in both the public and private sectors, in the UK and internationally. This gives them a well-rounded perspective on the education system and how it can be improved.
