Tel German has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Tel began their career in the education sector as a Headteacher, Head of Infants, Deputy, SENCO, and Class Teacher at Kent County Council from 1990 to 1997. Tel then transitioned into a Leadership Advisory Head Teacher and School Improvement Adviser role, where they supported school improvement in "Category" schools, provided strategic leadership to schools in vulnerable circumstances, and coached and mentored strategic school leaders from 1997 to 2011.
