Kevin Chappell

Kevin Chappell is an accomplished executive speechwriter with extensive experience in crafting communications for prominent leaders in various sectors. Currently serving as Executive Speechwriter for President John King at The Education Trust since March 2022, Kevin has previously held key roles such as Executive Speechwriter for the NSA Director at the United States Department of Defense and Senior Speechwriter for the Postmaster General at the United States Postal Service. Additional experience includes writing for the National PTA, serving as a Senior Editor and White House Correspondent at Ebony Magazine, and working as a journalist at notable publications such as The Charlotte Observer and The Washington Post. Kevin Chappell holds a Master's degree in Communications, Public Affairs from American University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism from Howard University.
