William Freeman III

William Freeman III currently serves as the Manager of the Higher Education Justice Initiative at The Education Trust, a position held since March 2022. In addition, William Freeman III has been a Program Coordinator for From Prison Cells To PhD since June 2020, advocating for the transformative effects of higher education in reducing incarceration rates. Previous experiences include a fellowship at the Vera Institute of Justice and a role as Research Lead at Out for Justice, Inc. William Freeman III obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Goucher College in 2020 and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
