Mark Pascoe is an experienced electoral professional currently serving as the Electoral Guidance Manager at The Electoral Commission since July 2018, where the role involves developing and coordinating operational policy and guidance on electoral practices across the UK. In addition, Mark has been a Short Term Election Observer with the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights since October 2015, participating in numerous election observation missions across several countries.
