The Eli and Edythe Broad Foundation
Erica Lim, Ed.L.D., NBCT, serves as a Senior Program Officer at The Eli and Edythe Broad Foundation since August 2022. Previously, Lim was a Senior Advisor to the Chief Academic Officer at Los Angeles Unified School District, focusing on strategic planning and organizational coherence for a large student body. Additional experience includes significant roles at The College Board, where Lim contributed to the first-ever virtual scoring of AP Seminar exams and served on the AP Seminar Development Committee. At Uncommon Schools, Lim led instructional programs, significantly improved AP outcomes, and established the AP Capstone program. Early career roles included teaching middle school and participating in Teach For America. Lim's educational background includes a Doctor of Education Leadership from Harvard, a Master's in Teaching from Relay Graduate School, and a Bachelor’s in International Politics & Development from Georgetown University.
