Lenia Segura Lewis, aPHR, PHR, MHA, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at The Emerge Center, where Lenia develops and implements HR strategies to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement. As Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of the Board for the Live to See Cancer Cured Foundation, Lenia co-led strategic vision development addressing challenges faced by children with cancer. Previous experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist at LCMC Health and the Sewerage & Water Board of New Orleans, focusing on talent management and recruitment strategies, along with positions as Ambassador at CLEAR and Training Manager at Storage Post. Lenia holds a Master’s in Health Services Administration and a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management from Strayer University, complemented by an Associate's in Business Management and a high school diploma from Seton Academy.
