Marci Drumm

Speech-Language Pathologist at The Emerge Center

Marci is a Speech-Language Pathologist who became part of the Emerge team after a 27 year career in the local public school system as a diagnostician and school-based therapist. She received a bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Louisiana State University and a Master of Communication Disorders from LSU Medical Center Allied Health Program in New Orleans. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and a teaching certificate from the Louisiana State Department of Education in Speech and Hearing Therapy. At Emerge, Marci conducts evaluations and provides speech-language therapy for all age children. Her favorite part of her job is having a positive impact on children and their families who come to the Emerge Center for assistance. She could not think of a more enjoyable way to use her knowledge and expertise to serve the greater Baton Rouge community.
