The Emily Program
Kathleenjo Peterson, MSW, LGSW, LADC, currently serves as a Lead Therapist at The Emily Program, where responsibilities include administrative and clinical duties for the PM Adult PHP/IDP program, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care. Previous experience includes roles as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor at Specialized Treatment Services, where Kathleenjo managed a caseload of clients using methadone or buprenorphine, and as a facilitator of therapy at Meridian Behavioral Health. Kathleenjo's extensive background encompasses work with diverse populations, including clients on probation, youth survivors of violence, and individuals with co-occurring disorders. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Arts in Addiction Prevention and Treatment from the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School.
