Hannah Greene has extensive experience in the energy and financial sectors, with over a decade of expertise in settlement processes and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Manager of West Power Settlement at The Energy Authority since July 2013, Hannah has held various roles including Quality Assurance Analyst and Business Process Coordinator, showcasing a strong background in natural gas and power management. Previous positions include Settlement Supervisor and Settlement Analyst IV, and prior experience in the financial industry at Community First Credit Union and Citi, where Hannah advanced to roles such as Teller Supervisor and Financial Sales Representative. Hannah earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Financial Services from the University of North Florida and added international exposure through studies at KEDGE Business School.
