Oriana Magnera is an experienced program manager specializing in energy, climate, and transportation policy. Currently serving as Program Manager for West Policy at Energy Foundation since April 2023, Oriana previously advanced climate and energy justice as Energy, Climate, and Transportation Manager at Verde from January 2019 to March 2023. Oriana's notable accomplishments include leading the Zero Cities Project, where community-driven forums addressed housing and utility issues for BIPOC communities.
