Sales Development Representative

Job description

At Flow, we know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re looking for 2 Sales Development Representatives to find, engage, and build relationships with potential customers who can benefit from our tool. As the first line of communication with potential users of Flow, you will have a strong understanding of how Flow will be beneficial for the customer. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase Flow in a digestible way that highlights the value!

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Flow, starting with a comprehensive understanding of the tool and being able to identify how our solution is applicable and valuable to the customer
  • Work with the CEO directly to refine and iterate messaging and move quickly on new target opportunities.
  • Generate both cold and warm leads within the engineering industry and build on those relationships
  • Set up calls with the customer and a member of our go-to-market team in order for them to showcase Flow in more detail
  • Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective users

About You

  • You have 1-2 years of experience of Sales or Business Development experience
  • You have a go getter, execution focused attitude and are eager to learn about Flow
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You enjoy solving zero-to-one problems and have a pragmatic way of thinking
