Michele Ferren, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning various senior human resources roles. Starting in 1999, Michele worked as a Recruiter at Del Webb. In 2001, they joined The Art Institutes, where they held multiple positions, including Regional Vice President, Director of Human Resources, Assistant Director of Human Resources, and Human Resources Coordinator. Michele then moved on to ECOVACS Robotics, Inc. in 2013 as a Human Resources Consultant. In 2014, Michele became the Director of Human Resources at The Wonderful Company. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at HATCHBEAUTY as the Director of Human Resources & Recruiting. Currently, Michele is a part of Ergobaby as the Senior Director, People & Diversity, starting in March 2022.

Michele Ferren holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management from Argosy University. Michele also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Humboldt State University. Furthermore, Michele earned a Certificate in Human Resources Management from California State University, Long Beach. Michele completed the Strengths Coaching Program offered by Gallup Organization in 2017. Michele's high school education was completed at Tustin High School, where they received a diploma.

In terms of certifications, Michele obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in January 2021. Michele also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources with California Certification (SPHR-CA) credential from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), which they obtained in June 2009. Additionally, Michele is a Licensed Analyst in the Predictive Index (PI) System, certified by The Predictive Group, Inc.
