Waseema Mocke

Waseema Mocke has extensive work experience, starting in 2010 as an Audit Trainee at LPH Chartered Accountants Inc. Waseema later became an Audit Manager at the same company from February 2012 to April 2013. In 2014, they worked as an Assistant Audit Manager at RAiN Chartered Accountants Inc. Waseema then joined Absa Group and held various roles including Accounting Controller, Senior Finance Business Partner, Senior Manager Internal Audit, and Head of Operational Risk (Home loans). Currently, they serve as the Head of Internal Audit at Eskom Pension and Provident Fund since May 2021.

Waseema Mocke attended Hudson Park High School from 1999 to 2003. Waseema then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce (Financial Accounting) degree from Stellenbosch University, which they completed from 2004 to 2008. Later, Waseema obtained a BCompt (Honours) degree from the University of South Africa, studying from 2009 to 2010.
