Rachelle Tan

Rachelle Tan has extensive experience in the arts and cultural sector, currently serving as Assistant CEO (Enterprise) at The Esplanade Co Ltd since September 2011, where responsibilities have included roles such as Director of Venues & Planning and Head of various venue management teams. Additionally, Rachelle held the position of Secretary-General at the Association of Asia Pacific Performing Arts Centres from September 2011 to September 2023. Prior to these roles, Rachelle worked at the National Arts Council as Deputy Director of Strategic Planning and at the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts as Assistant Director of Arts & Heritage Development. Rachelle Tan earned a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons) in Economics from the National University of Singapore from 1997 to 2001.
