Gabriele Grosso

Gabriele Grosso is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in organizational management and digital transformation. Currently serving as a senior consultant at The European House-Ambrosetti since May 2022, Gabriele is also the Regional Delegate for ASSORETIPMI since January 2021 and co-founder of Scope4.0, where expertise in Lean/Agile methodologies and tailored digital integration strategies is applied. Gabriele has been managing the Studio Ing. Gabriele Grosso since 1993, providing temporary and fractional management consultancy. As a lead auditor for DNV, proficiency in auditing industrial, service, and public entities has been demonstrated, alongside a deep understanding of management systems aimed at performance improvement. Previous roles include ownership of Mecum Consulting and senior consulting at SOGES spa, with foundational experience at renowned companies including Ermenegildo Zegna and Iveco. Gabriele holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, completed between 1978 and 1983.
