John Biebelhausen

John Biebelhausen, MD, MBA, SFHM is an experienced medical professional currently serving as the Medical Director for Optum Acute Care at Home since February 2023 and as the Associate Medical Director for Complex Care at The Everett Clinic since January 2021. Prior roles include Hospitalist and Section Head of Hospital Medicine at Virginia Mason Medical Center from July 2014 to November 2020. John gained significant experience during residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Colorado Denver from 2011 to 2014 and contributed to health care consulting efforts at Tufts University School of Medicine and the Massachusetts Medical Society. Research experience includes roles at the University of Arizona and Biozentrum, Wurzburg University. John holds an MD and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Tufts University School of Medicine and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Arizona.
