Melissa N.

Melissa N. has worked in a variety of roles in the quality assurance and quality control fields. In 2022, they began working as a Quality Assurance Manager for EVERY™, where they managed quality assurance and quality management systems and liaised with CMO's to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements for manufacturing products. Melissa then worked as a Quality Assurance Manager for Chuao Chocolatier from 2020-2021, where they provided oversight and guidance to ensure the manufacturing of safe and quality food. In 2019, Melissa began working as a Quality Assurance Quality Control Manager for METAROM Group, where they were responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to correct or improve the organization's flavorings and caramels. In 2016, they began working as a Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager for Chosen Foods, LLC. From 2012-2011, Melissa worked as an EHS Engineer for Mattel, Inc., where they developed environmental, health, and safety improvement plans. Finally, in 2011, they worked as a Food Quality Supervisor for Grupo Bimbo, where they were responsible for process control and decision making for products and production lines. Melissa also had an internship in the quality department for Coca-Cola FEMSA, where they were responsible for water treatment, physicochemical, and analytical analyses for water and finished goods.

Melissa N. has an education history that includes a Chemical Engineer degree from Instituto Tecnológico de Tijuana from 2006 to 2011. In 2013, they obtained a Certificate Environment, health and safety from CETYS Universidad and also completed Directive Competitions from the same university. Additionally, they are currently studying Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at the University of San Diego - Knauss School of Business.
