Additionally, Paul was the Global Director of Quality at EverGrain Ingredients, and worked at ZX Ventures as Global Senior Manager for Explore Operations and Global Manager of Quality. Early in the career, Paul served as Quality and Food Safety Manager at Calico Cottage, Inc. Paul P. holds a Master of Science in Regulation of Food and the Food Industry from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from Michigan State University.
