Adolfo de la Torre

Adolfo De La Torre currently serves as Subdirector General at The Excellence Collection since August 2023. Previously, Adolfo held the position of Rooms Division Manager at Dreams Riviera Cancun from August 2019 to February 2023, overseeing front desk, concierge, housekeeping, spa, and security teams while ensuring access to necessary tools for optimal performance. Adolfo was also the Guest Service Manager at Presidente InterContinental Cancun Resort from July 2011 to June 2019, responsible for coordinating activities for the Concierge and Bell Staff. Earlier in the career, Adolfo worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Fiesta Americana Queretaro from 2009 to May 2011, handling check-in/check-out, and various operational tasks. Adolfo earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Pasadena City College between 2000 and 2005.
