Fiona Fu

Fiona Fu has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Operations Manager at The Executive Centre since August 2012. In this role, Fiona supervises Client Service Leaders and Associates, manages daily operations, oversees cleaning and maintenance programs, handles administrative duties, and ensures high service standards while developing professional relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Prior to this, Fiona worked as a Front Office Supervisor at Renaissance Hotels from December 2008 to August 2012, where responsibilities included communication with the Front Office Manager and oversight of front desk operations. Fiona holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Beijing Foreign Studies University, acquired from 2016 to 2018, and attended Beihang University from 2014 to 2016.
