Heather Lo is a seasoned digital marketing professional with extensive experience in web and digital marketing, currently serving as the Head of Web & Digital Marketing at The Executive Centre since February 2020. Heather leads a team focused on enhancing digital experiences through improvements in website user experience and the introduction of new features. Prior roles include Global SEO & Product Manager, where Heather oversaw user flow and product trials across 32 cities, and Global SEO Manager, achieving significant increases in organic leads and online purchases.
