Karoline Chui

Karoline Chui has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Karoline started their career as a Service Associate in Guest Relations at Shangri-La Group in 2003. Karoline then moved on to Carlton Hotels, where they worked as a Guest Relations Manager for three years. In 2006, they joined Grand Hyatt Hong Kong and progressed from being a Convention Services Executive to an Associate Director of Convention Services.

In 2011, Karoline joined The Executive Centre as a Regional Conference Manager for the Asia Pacific region. Karoline held this role for two years before transitioning to a series of positions within the company. Starting as an Implementation Lead in the Enterprise Technology Group in 2014, they progressed to become a Manager in Projects, and then an Associate Director until 2020. From 2021 to 2022, they served as the Director of Enterprise Applications before becoming the Managing Director of IT Software Applications in August 2022.
