David McKnight

David McKnight, PCC is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as SVP of Customer Remediation Process, Change, and Training Lead at Citi since June 2022, David has successfully refined the customer remediation lifecycle methodology and optimized workflows across multiple business lines. As President and CEO of McKnight Image Lab, founded in 2006, David leads a boutique agency focused on image consulting and executive coaching for high-performing professionals. Additional roles include Executive Coach at The Executive Leadership Council, In-House Coach at Real Chemistry, and Organizational Change Management Consultant at New York University. Prior career highlights feature significant positions at AIG, Deloitte, Accenture, and eLoyalty, where David managed large-scale change initiatives and strategic projects. David holds a Master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University, a Bachelor's from Rutgers University, and various certifications, including a Certified Professional Coach designation.
