Galen Bingham

Galen Bingham is a seasoned leadership expert serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Kiln Global Coaching & Consulting since February 2020, specializing in transformative leadership through emotional intelligence and coaching principles. In addition to this role, Bingham is an Executive Coach at BRAVANTI, Co-Founder of Power Moments, LLC, and Adjunct Faculty with The Executive Leadership Council, where Bingham empowers Black executives. Bingham also contributes as Faculty for the National Fellowship for Black and Latino Male Educators. Previous experience includes franchise ownership at Menchie's Frozen Yogurt and key leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company and Imperial Sugar Company. Bingham holds an MBA in Management from Rice Business and a BS in Business Administration from Southern Nazarene University.
