With extensive experience in human resources, employee engagement, and consulting, Lauren has worked with various organizations such as Compass Group USA and Landis, contributing to substantial improvements in employee satisfaction and business development. Lauren is also the owner of Organized Kayos, a life coaching practice focused on empowering BIPOC and minority communities. Lauren's academic credentials include a Post-Baccalaureate degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of California, Berkeley, alongside dual program studies in Counseling Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis at The Chicago School.
