Nicole Monson

Nicole Monson serves as the Chief Legal and Human Resources Officer at The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) since September 2025. Prior to this role, Monson was Senior Vice President at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from July 2018 to August 2025, where responsibilities included directing global equity and engagement strategies, as well as overseeing compliance and employment functions across a large workforce. Earlier experience includes positions at Ingersoll Rand, where Monson was Director Global Compliance and Senior Associate General Counsel, and Goldman Sachs as Vice President of Employee Relations. Nicole Monson earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Howard University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Spelman College.
