Jeff Ehrich

Jeff Ehrich is a seasoned legal and human resources professional with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently serving as the Chief Legal and Human Resources Officer at The Kinetic Group since February 2011, Jeff previously held positions at Vista Outdoor Inc., including General Counsel & Corporate Secretary (Interim) and VP & Deputy General Counsel from February 2011 to January 2025. Prior experience includes working as an Attorney at Leonard, Street and Deinard, focusing on products liability and business litigation, and serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. Justice Sam Hanson at the Minnesota Supreme Court. Jeff began a career in public service as a Police Officer for the Lakeville Police Department from February 2000 to May 2005. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from St. Cloud State University.
