Ramien R. Pierre Ed.D., CPTD has a diverse work experience that spans over 20 years. Starting in 2001, Ramien worked as an Arts Management Fellow at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. This was followed by roles as an Executive Director at Dance Institute Of Washington and as an Administrator for Education at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.

In 2008, Ramien joined The George Washington University as a Teaching Assistant in the School of Business. Alongside this role, Ramien also held positions at UNCF Special Programs Corporation as a Project Manager, and at Careerstone Group, LLC as a Senior Consultant, where they created executive training and coaching programs for federal employees.

Ramien returned to The George Washington University in 2019 as a Visiting Assistant Professor and later transitioned to the role of Adjunct Faculty in the Graduate School of Education and Human Development.

In 2010, Ramien joined ASRC Federal as the Deputy Project Manager, Curriculum Lead & Curriculum Designer, where they supported contracts with the NASA Academy for Program/Project and Engineering Leadership Knowledge Services and Goddard Space Flight Center's Engineering Directorate.

Most recently, Ramien is currently working at The George Washington University as an Adjunct Faculty member and as the Director of the Institute for Leadership Development and Research at The Executive Leadership Council (ELC).

Ramien R. Pierre, Ed.D., CPTD holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Human and Organizational Development from The George Washington University - Graduate School of Education and Human Development. Ramien R. also obtained an Ed.M. degree in Mind, Brain, Education from Harvard University, an M.A.T. degree in Social Studies from Brown University, and a B.A. degree in Political Science from Haverford College. Additionally, they have achieved several certifications including Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) from ATD CI - The ATD Certification Institute, Kirkpatrick Four Levels® Evaluation Certification - Gold Level Professional from THE KIRKPATRICK PARTNERSHIP LLP, Kirkpatrick Four Levels® Evaluation Certification - Silver Level Certified Professional from THE KIRKPATRICK PARTNERSHIP LLP, and E-Learning Instructional Design from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
