Phil Lindskog

Phil Lindskog is the current Operations Manager at The Experience Community. Prior to this, they worked as a Direct Support Professional at Hammer Residences, Inc. from November 2013 to December 2016. In this role, they worked alongside individuals who lived semi-independent lives in an apartment setting to help them realize and obtain their dreams.

From September 2013 to December 2016, Phil also served as the High School Pastor at Wayzata Free Church. In this role, they worked with 9th-12th grade students as they navigated the journey of life and faith, helping them take their next step to know, follow and become like Jesus.

Phil is passionate about helping others reach their full potential and is dedicated to making a positive impact in their community. Phil is a strong leader with a heart for service, and they use their skills and experience to help those around him reach their goals.

Phil Lindskog is a youth minister and Bible teacher who has a Bachelor of Science in Youth, Family and Community from Crossroads College. Phil also has a Biblical Studies and Theology degree from the same school.
