Jessica Schmidt

Jessica Schmidt currently serves as the Creative Director at The Experience Group, where responsibilities include leading the development of experiential programming to foster local and national partnerships and support small and minority-owned businesses. Previously, Jessica was the Director of Program Development at JLL, overseeing a team that designed engagement experiences for over 60 properties and managing a portfolio of more than 400 partnerships. Earlier roles include Operations Manager and Community Manager at Corporate Concierge Services, where Jessica managed corporate and residential accounts and tenant engagement initiatives, as well as Corporate and Special Events Director at La Cuisine Catering Company. Jessica holds a degree in Food Science Human Nutrition and Hospitality Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
