Zoé C.

Zoé C. has a wealth of experience in the field of talent acquisition and operations. Zoé began their career in 2010 as a Tech Recruiter for Gravitas Recruitment Group (UK) Ltd. After three years, they co-founded Digital Gravitas and continued to work as a Tech Recruiter. In 2013, they joined Robert Walters as a Tech Recruitment Consultant and was promoted to Senior Tech Recruitment Consultant and then Managing Consultant. In 2015, they moved to Robert Half Technology as Division Director. Two years later, they joined Talentful as Head of Talent. In 2019, Zoé C. joined N26 as a Functional Lead - Executive Recruiting and Senior Executive Recruiting Partner - Global Recruiting for Product, Tech and Operations. In 2021, they were appointed Head of Talent Acquisition - Tech at Pollen. Most recently, in 2022, Zoé C. joined The Exploration Company as Talent Acquisition & Operations.

Zoé C. began their educational journey at The Tiffin Girls' School from 1998 to 2000. Zoé then attended Seoul Foreign School from 2000 to 2003, where they studied Art, Maths, and Economics at Cheltenham College from 2003 to 2005. After that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from University of the Arts London from 2006 to 2009. Finally, they completed a GDL at BPP Law School from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Ascend's Leadership Program from Ascend in April 2021.
