Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet

Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet, PhD, US Navy (ret), is the Chief Executive Officer of Ocean STL Consulting, LLC, since March 2021, providing consulting and expert facilitation services. Gallaudet's extensive background includes serving as former Deputy and Acting Administrator of NOAA, Assistant Secretary and Acting Undersecretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere, and Oceanographer of the Navy. Additionally, Gallaudet holds advisory roles at DYNE and Mare Liberum, both maritime technology and security investment funds, along with being a board member at Ghost Fishing Solutions. Strategic advisory positions are also held with ALSEAMAR, Tomorrow.io, Sofar Ocean, ClimateAi, World Wildlife Fund, and Xona Space Systems. Gallaudet's educational achievements include a PhD and Master's degree in Oceanography from UC San Diego, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Oceanography from the United States Naval Academy.
