Pavel Nepala

Pavel Nepala has extensive work experience in various positions and organizations. Pavel started their career in 1993 as a Managing Partner at RENOMIA, the largest Czech insurance broker, where they provided risk management services and insurance for companies and their employees. In 2009, they became a Member of the Board at the Tereza Maxová Foundation, focusing on reducing the number of children growing up in institutional care and promoting safe family environments. In the same year, they also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at WBN - Worldwide Broker Network. In 2016, they became a Founding Member of the Czech Chapter of the Family Business Network, a not-for-profit international network that aims to strengthen success over generations for family businesses. Pavel Nepala has demonstrated their dedication to social causes and their expertise in the insurance and risk management industry throughout their career.

Pavel Nepala completed their Master's degree in Economics from Charles University, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. Additionally, in 1994, they briefly attended Université Paris-Sorbonne to further explore Economics.
