Claudia Gonzalez-Paredes has a strong background in healthcare and leadership roles. Claudia began their career as a Staff RN at Edinburg Regional Medical Center in 1998 and worked there until 2003. Claudia then worked as a Case Manager at Southern Disability Management from 2003 to 2004. Claudia went on to work as a Staff RN at Rios Center for Plastic Surgery from 2004 to 2007. Claudia then joined Doctors Hospital at Renaissance Health System, where they held the positions of Nursing Director of Postpartum and Gynecology from 2007 to 2010 and Staff RN from 2010 to 2015. In 2015, Claudia became the Director of Nursing at RGV Careers and held this position until 2017. Claudia then joined Valley Grande Institute as the Director of Nursing from 2017 to 2018. Claudia is currently working at The Family Church, where they have held the role of Discipleship Director since 2018 and recently transitioned to the position of Chief Operating Officer in 2021.
Claudia Gonzalez-Paredes is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Nursing Education at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, starting in 2016 and expected to finish in 2017. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the same university, completing their studies from 2015 to 2017. Furthermore, Claudia's education history dates back to 1993 to 1998 when they obtained an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from The University of Texas-Pan American.
