Gayle Anderson is an experienced Early Care and Education Specialist and Community EC Consultant at The Family Conservancy since 2019, where responsibilities include instructing the Virtual Business Series and delivering professional development training in early education. Previously, Gayle served as an Independent Consultant for KC Healthy Kids, focusing on the administration of screening tools, and as an Attachment Biobehavioral Catch-up Coach at the University of Delaware, providing support to caregivers of young children facing early adversities. In addition, experience includes working as a Triple P Coach at the Russell Child Development Center, promoting effective parenting strategies. Gayle holds a Master of Science in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from Kansas State University and a Bachelor of General Studies in Early Childhood Education from The University of Kansas.
