Quinn Higgins

Quinn Higgins is an experienced operations and program management professional currently serving as an Operations Associate at the Famine Early Warning Systems Network (FEWS NET) since November 2023. Prior to this role, Quinn held the position of Senior Program Associate at Chemonics International, where leadership of USAID-funded efforts focused on early warning research regarding acute food insecurity took place. Additional experience includes a Political Affairs internship with the United Nations, serving as an Eastern Congo Media Analyst with the U.S. Department of State, and contributing to various NGOs and research projects. Quinn holds an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Oxford and a BA in Combined Honours in Social Sciences from Durham University.
