Justin Molter

Justin Molter is an experienced engineering producer currently working at The Famous Group since July 2024. Prior to this role, Justin served as the Broadcast Software Manager for the Portland Trail Blazers at the Rose Quarter from November 2010 to July 2024, where responsibilities included installation, maintenance, and operation of all broadcast facility equipment. Additional positions held at the Trail Blazers included Studio Operations Specialist and Creative Content Coordinator, with tasks focusing on technical support for production systems and web content management. Earlier experiences include roles at Audix Microphones, Oregon State University as an Athletics Video Intern, and various leadership positions promoting the College of Liberal Arts, alongside a degree in Liberal Studies with a focus on New Media Communication from Oregon State University (2006-2010).
