Sarvesh Ghangale

Sarvesh Ghangale currently serves as the COO and Co-Founder of The Farm, where expertise includes agripreneurship, start-up mentoring, and business strategy consulting since June 2020. Prior experience includes a managerial role in marketing and communication at the National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE) from August 2021 to March 2022, focusing on marketing strategies for the Incubation Centre. Sarvesh also worked as a Cluster Coordinator at ETC Consultants India Pvt Ltd. from July 2019 to August 2021, concentrating on the potato value chain, and held the position of Assistant Manager in rural lending and payments at Axis Bank from June 2018 to June 2019, specializing in business development and marketing of B2C products. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Agri-Business from the PG Institute of Agri Business Management and a BBA in Agriculture from Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth.
