Naomi Lane

Naomi Lane is a seasoned professional in Employee Experience, currently serving as Senior Manager at The Farmer's Dog since October 2023. Previously, Naomi held various senior roles at Culture Amp from February 2019 to May 2023, including Senior Global Manager and Program Manager, where a globally consistent Employee Experience strategy was designed and deployed while honoring regional cultural nuances. Naomi has also worked as Employee Experience Manager and Office & Experience Manager at Ellevest and Funnel Leasing, respectively.
